What do I need to do to take part in a Podcast?
So - where do you fit? Are you a high flying executive, CEO,
Managing Director, Senior Manager, Middle Manager, Junior Manager?
No matter where you find yourself on the career ladder,
or your location on the planet, we are
interested in your personal story. Leaders are found at every level
of an organization.
Everyone has a unique story to tell. While exploring your personal context, we search for the commonalities in your personal story which will resonate with other Leaders. The unique situations you have encountered in your career are the traits which will make your story stand out for our listeners.
When you contact us we will ask for a copy of your CV and details of your Linkedin profile. We will also send you a form to complete which examines areas of Leadership and Management, and your areas of professional competence. Your answers will enable the production team to identify how best to involve you in an episode.
Your involvement in an episode would be in one of the following
styles. A one to one interview examining your career and context,
and the challenges you have overcome, and the situations which have
Another style could be participation in a round table interview with other Leaders, discussing a selected area of Leadership.
Soon hitting the screens
We will also soon be hitting the screens with live broadcasts, on Periscope and later streamed on Vimeo, Youtube and social media. If you enjoy taking part in a Podcast, then we would enjoy including you in our video productions as well. We will be involving live audience participation via social media. It really will give you opportunity to be heard on a gloabl scale. If you're a Rocket Powered Leader, with out of this world Leadership skills, then the world can be yours too!

Podcast Recording and Production
On Site Interview
Depending on your location and Noel's travel schedule, it may be possible to arrange an On Site interview at your work location, or a location of mutual choice. We will use a portable professional digital recorder to carry out the recording. All we need is a quiet location, free from interruptions for the duration of the recording. The recording will be edited during Post Production ready for Broadcast.
If it isn't logistically possible to carry out an on-site interview, we can arrange a Remote Recording via voice Skype. We will schedule a suitable time to interview you. In order to ensure a high quality recording, it is important that you have a professional level headset and microphone for use with skype. You should also have an internet or broadband connection with a sufficient speed to establish a connection free from connection breakages, or lags in speed. You will need a quiet location, free from interruptions for the duration of the recording. The recording will be edited during Post Production ready for Broadcast.
We may decide to include you in a round table discussion or debate with other Leaders. This is achieved by Remote Recording via voice Skype. We will schedule a time suitable for all participants. In order to ensure a high quality recording, it is important that you have a professional level headset and microphone for use with skype. You should also have an internet or broadband connection with a sufficient speed to establish a connection free from connection breakages, or lags in speed. You will need a quiet location, free from interruptions for the duration of the recording. The recording will be edited during Post Production ready for Broadcast.
For onsite interviews, we may undertake some videography and photography to support the podcast. We are planning releasing videocasts at a later date. Nothing so much for you to be conecerned about, but if you would prefer not to have video or photgraphs taken, just let us know in advance of the onsite recording.
